Can't open file.

1. I have downloaded Reader on my phone. It will not open a court file that usually opens on PC.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat your use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] of your device and its version;

3. A screenshot of what you see;

4. A sample file to test inhouse.
