Our business would like to be able to save a pdf with fillable forms on our sharepoint. We want the crew to be able to open the document in adobe on an ipad so the customer can fill out the forms and sign the document right on the jobsite using the ipad. I have found a way to integrate adobe document cloud with sharepoint, but that is a web-based application and does not have a signing option. I would like to be able to open the document in adobe, fill it out, and sign it and have it save in sharepoint again all from the ipad's adobe app. I really hope this is possible because it will help our business a lot! Please advise.

Hi,
Hope you are doing well.
In case of integration of Sharepoint with Adobe Acrobat Mobile Reader application, we don't have direct sharepoint tab in application. However, you can attach your onedrive which is ultimately synced with sharepoint and also with our app. In this way you can achieve what you are looking for.

Thank you for responding. I am using an apple ipad. When I get into sharepoint, I open it in a Microsoft program to open pdfs. I have attached a screenshots of the ribbon once in the document. I click on the "..." button in the top right hand corner and click "open in another app". I scoll over and select to the "..." button. I then click on "Edit" and and I do not see a "copy to Adobe" option. Not sure what is wrong.

Hi,
it doesn't seem to be the case. I cannot see any sync folders from SharePoint if I open the OneDrive Integration in Acrobat Reader mobile.

Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
Assuming you are using an iOS device, you can open files stored on your device, from Adobe cloud storage, or from other 3rd party storage providers, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive. The updated PDF file automatically saves back to the original cloud location.
For more information please go through 'Open file from device or cloud' section in the help page (https://adobe.ly/4cdyCXC)

Hi Amal,
thank you for getting back to me this quickly. The issue I'm seeing is that Sharepoint synced folder can be seen in OneDrive when opening OneDrive App. When i open Acrobat Reader and look through the storage I cannot see my synced folder from SharePoint, only "OneDrive native folders" if that makes sense.

Hi there,
Thank you for the clarification. If you haven't done so already, could you please try removing the OneDrive storage from the Acrobat Reader mobile app? After doing this, reboot your device and then add the OneDrive storage back to the app.
Please let us know if this resolves the issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello,
this does not resolve the issue unfortunately. If trying to add the OneDrive storage to Acrobat Reader mobile it asks for the Authenticator. Does this have anything to do with the reason, I cannot see synched SharePoint folders in the OneDrive storage on Acrobat Reader? Would I need an app registration for Acrobat to access SharePoint?

Hi there
Do you have the One Drive application installed on your device? Acrobat Reader uses the OneDrive connector to get you access to OneDrive from within the application.
You can try the below steps:

Hello,
thank you for your quick reply. I am able to connect the OneDrive storage in the Adobe iPhone App, no doubt. When asked for authentication, I am providing it with my Microsoft credentials.
Nonetheless, the issue remains, that I am not able to see synced SharePoint folders in the connected OneDrive storage. In the OneDrive iPhone App I can see the synced SharePoint folders. So the question is what am I missing in order to access my synced SharePoint folders via OneDrive on Acrobat Reader iPhone App? Is it missing permissions? Do i need to register Acrobat Reader iPhone App in Microsoft Entra ID? Is it a feature Adobe does not support?
