Please advise how I can cancel my subscription because it isn't cancelling for me. I don't need this for work anymore and really don't want to pay for something I am no longer using.

I have checked the Adobe account with the email you are using on this community and unable to track any paid subscription?
Would you mind sharing more details about the subscription you have?
