Cancel subscription

Hii I downloaded adobe Acrobat on my phone and started the free trial pack I updated my card information and today it deducted the yearly pack amount from my card but the purpose I downloaded it for has been of no use I could not open the files that I wanted the app for kindly look into the matter and I have cancelled my subscription kindly initiate a refund regarding the same as the app is of no use to me

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile subscriptions.

I checked your accounts registered on the community and saw that the subscription was canceled on the 9th day after the purchase.
