I’ve checked the Adobe account linked to the Adobe ID you're using here on the community and see that your Acrobat Premium subscription was purchased through Apple/iTunes. Since this subscription was made via Apple, our access to manage or modify it is limited.

For cancellation or refund requests, Please reach out to Apple Support directly—they’ll be able to assist you further.
