Canceled Adobe App but was still charged full $69.99

Hello - I canceled my app subscription for premium before the 7 day deadline and was still charged the full yearly price of $69.99. I've tried contacting Adobe support with no luck. This feels overly complicated, and I would like a refund ASAP. Any resources for this?

For cancellation or refund, you need to connect with the particular store you purchased the application from; as Adobe does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores or play store.
