I cannot cancel my subscription. When I try and cancel it from the steps given, it tells me that I bought my subscription through Samsung store, and to cancel it through their services. When I go to Samsung store and check my subscriptions, I have none to cancel. So I call the number for customer support and twice I got a rep and as soon as I explained the situation they hung up on me. The 3rd time I called I waited on hold for 45 minutes. I'm debating on filing a lawsuit.

Dude, as clearly stated, I've done all that. It's not that I don't know what to do, it's that I'm doing it and it's just sending me in a loop that doesn't work. I'd like an email for a customer service representative to cancel it directly, im sick of paying for a subscription your company has set up with no way to cancel. I've been charged for 4 months now. There's no way I'm the first person to encounter this problem.

As we can check that the subscription is from the Samsung store, you need to contact Samsung customer care for this cancellation issue.

Call 1(800)585-0774. I am having the same issue. I just spoke with Samsung and they told me I had to call Adobe and gave me this number. Good luck!

Nothing worked. Wound up having to call my bank and putting a stop payment on it. Google adobe scammed me, there's allot. I called them and told them the situation and the rep told me I had no account and that I hadn't been charged for this service for 5 months straight. Griff is all this this. Don't sign up.

The phone numbers I have are:
Make sure you have your order number from your Samsung order before calling Adobe. They make it hard to frustrate you into giving up.

They are of no help. Don't waste your time. Call the customer service center for your bank, get a rep on the line and ask them to put a stop on the transaction. You'll need to let them know the amount and the title of the transaction
