I canceled my subscription a while ago but i keep getting charged CAD37.27. At first i thought it was because i opted for the 1 year subscription but its been over a year now and i still get charged. What maybe the issue?

I checked the Adobe account linked to the email on your community profile, but I couldn’t find any active paid subscription. If you’re using a different email for your Adobe account, could you please send it to me in a private message? so I can check it further.
