Cannot “combine files” into a single PDF using the iPhone App

So I have about 6 pdf documents I want to combine into ONE document using the "combine files" command on the acrobat pro iPhone app which I am paying for its subscription.
I just get a message to wait that the files are combining them 5 seconds later get "cannot convert file". Tried repeatedly.

Hi @Marco29593423en39,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> About Acrobat)

2. The iOS version you are using;

3. The location of the files you are trying to combine (are the files in different locations? like on Acrobat Cloud, Google Drive or OneDrive);

4. A screen recording of the situation for better understanding.

Look forward to hearing from you.

-Souvik
