Cannot open file because its corrupted

I have downloaded my bank statement from my mobile banking app whenever my e statement downloaded and i tried to open it, it says cannot open file because the document is corrupted and damaged

I am using a samsung galaxy A52s phone whereas i have signed in from my banking app and downloaded my statement and its opening on my iPhone

I hope you're doing great.

 

Could you open any other file from that same banking app? Or is the banking statement an XFA file, which the LiveCycle designer creates? Such file types are not supported on the Reader Mobile app. To open these files, require desktop Adobe Acrobat Reader or Acrobat.

Also, can you help me with the screenshot or the workflow video to better understand the issue?
