I cannot open pdf docs on my mobile after latest update. I have the latest version.

I'm trying to download a pdf on my iPad I just got Adobe acrobat but it won't download

Thank you for your response. I have an Iphone 11 and the latest update of acrobat reader was done before I laid the complaint. The istore does not have another new update. Still the same problem.

1. Are you getting any errors while opening pdfs?
2. Is it happening with all the PDF's or a particular file?

Hi I have the same problem, since updating the PDF looks like it is opening but the screen is just blank, the PDF is a fillable form and it looks like the fields are there as you can click on the screen and the outline of the box appears....we use this application for our field operators and those that have updated are all reporting the same issue. They use iPads.

Did you also check if your subscription with Acrobat is current?
