Hello. I am trying to download a document to my Android phone and I am getting this message - Cannot display PDF invalid format. Can anyone advise me what to do?
The document that you have been trying to download, where exactly its located? Do you get this error message with any other PDF file that you open with Acrobat Reader mobile app?
Such message are file specific, its because of the PDF content is not supported on mobile device.
