Cannot select multiple photos

Hi wonder if there is a bug? I tried using adobe acrobat on iphone and ipad i have the latest updates for both  i even uninstalled and reinstalled adobe acrobat but i am unable to choose more tham 1 photo whne creating a pdf .  As is is only possible to select only 1 photo  , i created a pdf with that photo , than selected edit and  add more photos , but even then i couldn.t choose any , the button to add more photos is frozen . Would appreciate ur help tkx! Here is what is showing under subscription inside adobe pdf

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in! 

This sounds strange and shouldn't be happening. Have you tried long pressing on a particular image, and from the menu that appears, click on select to select multiple images? 

If this is not happening, would you mind sharing a screen recording video of the entire event for better understanding and assistance?
