I AM SUBSCRIBED UNTIL APRIL 23, 2023. BUT IT SHOWS I AM A FREE USER. I DOD NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL APP WAS UPDATED AND IT WNATS ME TO PAY AND SUBSCRIBE TO ANOTHER APP ADOBE PDF CONVERTER AND EDITOR. TRIED TO RESTORE PURCHASES ON THE APP, RE INSTALL APP, UPDATE APP, UPDATE IOS, BUT STILL CANNOT USE. YOU SHOULD REIMBURSE MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE PAST MONTH AND SUCCEEDING MONTHS IF YOU CANNOT FIX THIS.

Could you please Restore the Purchase and send us a video or screenshot of the error message while restoring the purchase, so we can report the issue to the backend teams and help you with a resolution?
