Cant open a document

I downloaded the adobe app to open my ehomeafairs document but keeps saying I need Adobe reader dc. When i search for it on playstore it says i already have it. Please help I need this document

Try Acrobat Reader DC on Windows or Mac.

I'm having the same issue. 

Yes , I had already downloaded the app , and made sure it was updated.. 

Error message continues  ...
