Cant unsubscribe my mobile app free trial

I subscribed for the mobile app free trial. And am unable to unsubscribe.

 

There is this nice and easy video guide that shows you how to unsubscribe.. easy... you go to my plans and there you simply click cancel subscription and everything is nice and easy.

 

 

As I do that. And click as suggested in the nice video and reach the "promised destination" what do I see.. that the bar cancel subscription is missing. Only manage payment.

 

I have it written in the initial email that I can unsubscribe without any charges until the 28th of this month.

How???

 

Additionally I subscribed for the adobe for pc to try. I dont even know why my subscription was processed through Google Play when I did it through the official page of Adobe.

 

One of a sudden I get charged for 65£

 

Within 36h I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund as stated on Google play. 

If refund is requested before 48h refund will be full.

Then I get a reply that they cant do anything because "its that kind of subscription" where I have to request from the supplier.. they provide me with the relevant email to contact adobe. Who send me some links which were not entirely relevant.

 

I try to cancel my subscription through adobe and the message ai get there is you have to do it through Google Play.

 

Google play passes the ball to Adobe 

Asone passes it back to Google play. 

 

Again why the heck was it proceed through google in the 1st place when i did it through the official website.

 

And another thing on the official website it is written "you can cancel within two weeks and get a full refund"

Its still less than two weeks.

But I get a message if you cancel now you wont get a refund.

 

Big applause for adobe schemes really.  I want my refund!
