Solo me deja utilizar herramientas en celular y no en la Notebook, como lo soluciono?

Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription and the editing features are exclusive to mobile use.

For using the edit features or other tools on your notebook, you need a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC or Standard DC.
