When trying to arrange the 7 day trial of Acrobat Pro it has charged my account immediately. I did not want to take on the subscription before I tried this out so can I please have a refund of the monthly charge? I noticed that in other questions the trial is only on annual subscriptions but this was not made clear and I wanted to make sure I wasn't charged the full annual amount. Please resolve for me as 9.99 is expensive if I don't want to progress. Thank you

As much as I would love to do, the transactions are not managed by us for mobile-based subscription. So, the routing for the refund process has to go through your device's AppStore or PlayStore.

This is blatantly note true. You are lying to customers. I had cancelled it through the App Store but you still charged. People have to phone up and cancel.
