Cobrança quando tento transferir algo

Nao consigo transferir conversas salvas pra meu WhatsApp,  pois quando tento abrir aparece uma janela pedindo pra eu pagar ja deletei o app mas nao adianta antes eu transferia qualquer coisa pra mim mesma agora que e urgente e pra uma perita da delegacia nao consigo transferir transfere mas so q nao abre
