Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact the store from where you purchased the subscription.

El día de ayer Jueves 20 de diciembre del 2023, se me cobró el monto por la suscripción anual siendo que aprete la prueba gratuita por 7 dias, exijo la devolución de mi dinero, Justo ayer cancelé el plan en el en el que reicibi notificación de mi tarjeta que se había hecho el pago de la suscripcióny ya han pasado las 24hrs y no he recibido mi dinero de vuelta. Espero y me puedan resolver, gracias.

Since you have canceled the plan directly from the Google Play Store, the refund should take 3-5 business days to the source account.
