I'm trying to download letters and it keeps saying they are corrupted. I need to view these letters ASAP. Please let me know what I can do about this. Thank you, Tammy Nadeau

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear about your experience with downloading letters.
To get a better understanding of it, could you please let me know if by letters, you mean the entire file or a particular font. It would be even better for us to understand if you could share a screenshot or a screen recording of the workflow that you are using so that we can proceed accordingly.

We have rolled out an update for Acrobat Reader Mobile which now identifies fonts activated or purchased using the Creative Cloud Account and reflects on the Acrobat App.
Would you mind giving it a try and letting us know if it works?
