Cuando intento subir un documento a la nube me indica que no se ha podido y me crea otro documento con la coletilla recuperado, pero en document cloud no está.

Tengo IOS. ¿Que ocurre?.

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better. 

  1.  Make and model of your device? 
  2. Application version? 
  3. Signed in with correct Adobe ID?
       

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device. 
For Android Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.4.0

He indicado que mi sistema operativo es IOS (Apple, iPad, MacBook).

La aplicación la he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar varias veces y sigo sin poder subir nada a document cloud.

Tengo suficiente espacio para subir documentos pero siempre me indica que ha habido un error y no sino que pone recuperado junto al nombre del archivo.

La aplicación está actualizada.

Necesito que me ayudeis a arreglar este problema. URGENTE.
