Document erased and unsaved

I've just spent about four days editing a file, and all of a sudden a message came up saying there was an app error and it couldn't save the file, then it deleted all of the progress I made. How do I recover the file??!!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Do you see this error with every file you work with? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error to test further.

Also, you might want to check if you have a saved version on the cloud. You can log in to the cloud from here: https://adobe.ly/4bKGXlI

If not available, I fear that the changes need to be made again.
