Will Adobe all me to save a document on my desktop file that is already to send with the pre fill areas and signature area on the documents. I send multiple documents to our new employees that have areas for them to fill in their information and sign at the bottom but I don't want to keep having to find it in adobe and send request from adobe as other team members also share my one drive file that has these PDFs in there.

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to share files from OneDrive.
I suggest that once you are done creating the form, you can use the option 'Share,' and then from the application picker menu, select OneDrive as the option. Doing so will allow you to save the file directly to OneDrive so you or any of your team members can access the file.
