Downloading converted Docx to PDF

I was converting Docx files using Adobe Acrobat for Android. When I was about to download/save a copy, it says "waiting for network". I already fixed my network and my gadgets in use, and tried reinstalling the mobile app but still it shows "waiting for network".

I tried viewing the pdf I converted, it says "Error connecting to Document Cloud. Please check your connection." Again, my internet connection is fine.

I tried logging in to the Document Cloud (using Chrome) and tried downloading some files and it says, "Download Error. Exceeded maximum number of files (50) or total size of 100 MB" I tried downloading other files, it's just the same. I can't download it.
