Hi Adobe

We have tried to update an iPhone/iPad for IOS18.

After we have updated the iphone we receive and error whenever we are trying to open an adobe document on an online PDF-reader.

The error has not occured before we updated to IOS18.

Errordescription in Google Chrome:

- Opening the PDF document

- The document will show the first page.

- When trying to scroll in the PDF-document the page starts loading.

- After loading (either immediately or after a few seconds) the errormessage occurs:

"This programdomain (http://portal.signatur.dk) is not approved to use the specified PDF Embed API Cliend ID."

(Original - in Danish)

May I remind you that this issue has never occured before updating to IOS18.

Hi @rasmus_philip_7014

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

The PDF Embed API is actually separate from Acrobat and isn't included in the Acrobat SDK, so you might not find many experts on it here. However, I suggest heading over to the Document Services API forum, where you’ll find a community of experts who specialize in this API and can provide the guidance you need. You can find it here: (https://adobe.ly/3BxskVU)

Hope this information will help.
