Error when open pdf file protected with password

I have android OS mobile Huawei mate 20x When I open the bank statement which is protacted by password the Adobe give this text "The document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged" which make in trouble and push to use Samsung mobile to open the same file. 

I need help for solving this issue

Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile for both Samsung and Huawei device (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);

2. The Android version of both the devices;

3. The file where you experience the issue (please share over a private message if the file contains sensitive information)
