File Changes not reflecting on Goole Drive

I would like to use my iPad to annotate PDFs contained in a folder on my organization's googleDrive (a folder contained in the team drive).

However, the annotation completes without any errors on the Adobe Acrobat app, but when I open the GoogleDrive app, the written content is not reflected at all and I am having trouble.

The procedure is carried out as follows.
  (1) Select a folder from Starred in Home
  (2) Select a PDF in the folder and edit the PDF.
  (3) Return to the Home screen (because there seems to be no buttons like Save or Send)
  (4) After the circular status is turned around, I opened the GoogleDrive application and checked it, but nothing is reflected.

Is it impossible with Acrobat? I would like to ask for your help including other apps.

The versions are as follows.
iPad OS 17.6.1
Acrobat 24.08.00

Also what happens after the processing gets completed on Google Drive? Does it reflect the changes made in the file?
