File wont open

Theres coming just a cloud/pop up window and says check your connection or shorter the file name. Well its 21 century, l do have a connection

As mentioned in the issue description that the file won't open with an error message. Also, check if the Reader mobile is updated to the latest version and then try to open the files again.
