Files doesn’t save

I try to duplicate my files but when I duplicate them, they don't stay in my recent. Files show for a bit then disappear, even if I type in file. Does it for all my files. Started happening after update.

As you mentioned that it started happening after the update, could you also please confirm whether the update you are referring to is for the Application version or the iOS version. Also, we would like to have a few more details from you:

2. The iOS version you are on.
