files lost

the files that have been saved in adobe cloud documents are lost when sign in on Mac computer . 

But those files are still available on mobile adobe app under cloud documents. 

Feel disappointted by using adobe app , user interface is terrible .

I hope you are doing well and am sorry to hear that.

Kindly verify if you are using the same Adobe ID/e-mail to log in to your Adobe Mobile Application and the Document cloud.

Meanwhile, try to use a different browser to log in to the Document Cloud and check if the files are present.
