First and last pages only convert and export to Excel

I'm trying to convert and export an 80 page PDF spreadsheet of bank statements into excel. Unfortunately when I try to perform this action it only provide the first and the last 3 pages of the PDF in excel.  Why is this happening and how can I overcome this issue so that every page appears on one excel worksheet?

@littlebigreid it's like the limitations of the free Acobat Reader. The mobile app have a file size limit of 100 MB for most conversions. Try using the desktop version, https://get.adobe.com/reader instead
