getting charged every month, subscription doesn't show up on any of my accounts

I can't find my subscription on any account. I have tried all the emails to check but there is no active subscription.  The charge on the card says adobe acropro subs. I even got a new credit card but somehow I got charged on that as well. I don't understand how this is possible. Please let me know what to do
