Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the Acrobat mobile app you are using? To check the version tap on profile > About Adobe Acrobat. Also check for any pending updates from App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and reboot the device once and see if that works.
Please check the Email ID used to purchase the subscription and the Email ID used to login to the Acrobat App are same.
