I'm having the same issue. Neither Google Play or Adobe have assisted me; they keep each sending me to the other party.
It was an expensive subscription, but niether want to refund, even though it was within the 14 days

Hi @eadie_5225
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the Adobe account with the Adobe ID you are using here and found that you have an Active plan for Acrobat Premium with Annual billing, is it the one you want to cancel? Kindly confirm so we can share it with our billing team to do the needful.
Waiting for your response.

Hi there,
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. I have got your Adobe account details with the Email ID you are using on this community, checked with the billing team, and found that we have already refunded the amount; it may take 10-14 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank policy.
Hope this information will help.
