How to access files offline

I am using Google Pixel 6 and I want to know how to access the files OFFLINE

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

To access the files offline, you will need to have a copy of them saved to your internal storage.

To do so, open the file (while online), click the three dots to the top rght of the file-> click "Save a copy,"->  select the location.

Once saved, the file will be available to view even when offline.
