How to activate read out loud on galaxy folds ?

Earlier the read out loud option was available on my galaxy fold, but recently i rebooted my device and i couldn't find the option anymore, who knows how to activate it?

Yes I'm styfacing this issue

My adobe version is 21.10.019961 

And there's no available updates to that
