The voice on my read aloud is so faint. I would like to change it. But do not have the option on my Android phone.

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!
Read Aloud is an accessibility feature of Android; any changes must be done from your device's settings.
You might want to check the settings here: Customize Android settings for TalkBack.
Hope this helps.

With all due respect, uh, Souvik - ... Your response is misleading and pretty much an outright lie. Adobe Acrobat Application Through DevTools You see that the actions associates with "Read aloud" do not access any local TTS voice engine. You can see, in my attached image, that "read aloud" Access proprietary Adobe Generative AI. Accessing a local TTS voice engine Would look something like this:
com.samsung.SMT.model.VoiceDataProvider
Additionally the android TalkBack feature has nothing to do with the default system TTS engine. It would make sense if it used the local TTS voice engine but not Adobe.... They're incompetent.
- So sick of searching through any Adobe message board for help and it be filled with this misleading information that just wastes everyone's time.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well, we have some update from the team:
If you are using document read aloud or AI Assistant read aloud, then on Android, we use device voices (we use Google TTS and not the default one), and we even allow users to change voices through our app via the corresponding settings menu.
However, if you are using TalkBack, then all of these in-app services are disabled, and we do not have control over voices.
Also, our engineering team is working on this to provide a better server premium voice option to our users in the future.
