You can't fill the form on the iPad. Use Acrobat Reader on Windows or Mac.

Rather than editing my bank statement, I need to copy numbers. I tried exporting but results need too much correction. If bank statement for account holder is read only, and banks don't provide spreadsheet, how can account holder extract numbers? How to prove to Adobe account holder should be able to copy numbers from his/her bank statement?

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!
Bank Statements are usually generated using LiveCycle Design, which has a different architecture to that of a normal PDF. Such PDFs, when restricted for editing or data extraction, can be difficult for the mobile version to handle.
In situations like these, we recommend using the desktop version of the application for a better viewing experience.
Hope this clarifies your question.

Hi @Augusta_Ash_R,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
As Bernd mentioned, you can best fill this form using the desktop version of Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro DC.
The file you shared is created using InDesign with a few compatibility issues when trying to edit using Acrobat Reader for Mobile.
Also, the file is restricted for most of the functions except printing, commenting, and filling forms, due to which Reader Mobile cannot bypass the security.
Considering you do not possess a computer, I suggest installing Adobe Fill & Sign application from the App Store. This will help you fill out the form.
You can install it from here: Adobe Fill & Sign-Form Filler
Hope this helps.
