Hello.
I have two questions concerning the Adobe Acrobats App (on Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 lite).
1. I am not able to access any PDF-file on the internet. Everytime it says "This file could not be accesed. Check your connection or make your filename shorter". However this does not happen with PDF files sent to me via E-Mail and which I have opened previously on another device. So how will I be able to access PDF-files normally?
2. Is there any option to share files that I have opened on Adobe with e.g. E-Mail services?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @Eureka5E48
Hope you are doing well.
As per the issue described in the first issue that you are unable to open PDF normally. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?
1. If possible, could you share some screenshots of the issue.
2. Application version?
Make sure the Reader mobile app is updated to the latest version.
For the second issue, to share the file here is a help document: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/review.html#share-a-pdf
Let us know if that helps.
Thanks,
Harsh

Hello,
thank you for your response.
As for the first issue
1. When I click on the PDF, the page moves to the Adobe App (as you can see on the attached screenshot). The app does seem to have downloaded the document (upper left side of screenshot), but is not able to open it.
2. The App Version is 21.9.0.19548.
As for the second issue, I have now understood how to share files. Thank you.
