Hi all, I have an issue on my Acrobat mobile app. 2 days ago I initiated a compression process to a PDF file I have on my iPhone. It took forever and couldn't complete the compression process even after an hour. Meanwhile, I closed the App then and re-opened my App today. The process is still ongoing and I can't seem to do anything to stop or delete the file.
is there anything I can do now? I just wanna stop the process and delete the file from my iPhone. Thanks much in advance!! 🙂

Try to sign out and sign in back again. Make sure you are on the latest version of Adobe Reader Mobile.
