Adobe - why are you charging everyone for your FREE trial?! I've had to phone up and waste time finally (hopefully) getting a refund.

If the purchase is made through our website, we can process the refund directly (if eligible) from our end.
We facilitate mobile subscription services upon the store's confirmation of the purchase. We do not directly manage mobile transactions.
This makes it difficult for us to process refunds as the stores have their own policies and way of handling such requests.
