Could you please let us know if this problem started recently? Was the application working in the iMessage app before?
To help us understand better, please share the version of your iOS and the Acrobat Reader mobile app. You can find the app version by clicking on the profile icon at the top right corner and selecting "About Adobe Acrobat."
Also, ensure your Acrobat app is updated to the latest version, 24.07.00. If it’s not, please update it from the App Store (iOS), reboot your device, and check again.
