Hi @david_4021

I hope this message finds you well! Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your issue with opening XLSX files on your Android device.

It appears that Adobe Acrobat has been set as the default application for opening XLSX files. To resolve this and choose a different app, please follow these steps:

  1. Open Device Settings: Locate and tap on the Settings app on your Android device.
  2. Access Apps: Scroll down and select Apps or Applications to view the list of installed apps.
  3. Find Adobe Acrobat: Look for Adobe Acrobat in the list and tap on it to open the app settings.
  4. Clear Default Settings: Scroll down to the section labeled Set as default or Default apps. Tap on it, and then select Clear defaults.
  5. Select New Default: The next time you attempt to open an XLSX file, you will be prompted to choose which app to use. Please select your preferred app (e.g., Excel or another spreadsheet app) and choose the option to set it as the default for future use.

If you encounter any difficulties or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!
