Inability to open certain forms

When trying to open a pdf i get a message that states (this form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for MAC or Windows). Do I need to purchase that also to open or view a form?

Please share the screenshot of the error you are getting for us to investigate further.

Also, please share the below details with us:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using;

2. The operating system you are using and its version;

3. A sample file if you facing this issue with all the forms.

This could also be due to the way the forms are created.
