Losing comments

The latest acrobat mobile reader version 22.11.01 (20221209.171126) on iPad Pro running iOS 16.2 doesn't autosave comments on PDF. If I close the app the pdf I just worked on will lose all comments made when I reopen the pdf. I never had this issue with older versions of the reader. For my comments to be save I have to press "Done" button then navigate back to pdf directory list. What gives? Is there something I am missing?

Hi @MarsK,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader.

Do the comments disappear after you press done and get back to the application's home screen? If yes, would you mind sharing the location of the files you are trying to edit? Are they stored on any cloud drive?

Can you check to bring them back to the internal storage and then try adding the comments again?

If this still does not work, please share the following pieces of information for further investigation:

1. A screen recording of the workflow you are following;

2. A sample file on which you experience the issue for us to reproduce the issue at our end.

Look forward to hearing from you.

-Souvik.
