Missing files

Could someone help? While I was using my phone files disappeared from my Drive. Does someone know how to retrieve them? They are not in my bin (all disappeared today).

I hope you're doing great.

As per my understanding, you need help in restoring the documents. If you have saved the documents as PDF in the Adobe Document Cloud. You may check your saved files over here: -  

• Open the link Adobe Document Cloud.

Note: If you're not uploading the files to Adobe Document Cloud or saving them to any other location, the files will be deleted permanently. 

It isn't possible to retrieve the files once deleted directly from the application.
