Hi,

I had a folder full of files on the Adobe Acrobat app in my iPad and they dissappeared out of nowhere. I have an iCloud backup and it is up to date. I looked for them through iCloud on my computer and even the trash and it is not there.

Weird thing is that it looks like i have no account logged in on my iPad Acrobat so i cannot access the creative cloud since apparently i have no account to log into. Ive looked everywhere and can't find them and i don't know what else i can do.

Hi @Tanya32893896omg8,

Hope you are dong well. Thank you for writing in, and sorry for your experience with Acroabt Reader Mobile.

As mentioned above that you were not logged in to Acrobat, the app does not have a storage of its own and operated on either the internal storage or cloud storage service.

So, if the files were available on the Acroabt App list means, that you opened them using the application and they showed up on your recents list.

I suggest check on your Files App using any of the file names to see if they are available. Even if the files are deleted, as per Apple's policies, they should be available for the next 30 days in the recycle bin to review before getting deleted permanently.
