Need a passport into pdf and 300dpi

I am desperate. I took a photo of my passport for a VISA. I need it as a pdf file AND 300dpi. I am not literate enough to understand the directions.

The feature you are referring to is unavailable on Acrobat (desktop and mobile), as changing the dpi comes under image editing.
