I used free week trial a month ago and as far as I understood I became a premium member automatically and I already paid twice (16.32 usd a month). I do not use the app at all, but I do not know why, I can't cancel the subscription since it shows that I do not have any subscription on this app. Could you help me with the cancellation?

What a ripoff, Adobe seems to be okay to take money from people but without help and a simplistic set of instructions no customer services support

Do you have Acrobat Reader for iOS or Android? If you subscribed through one of them, you need to contact them directly:

I have already realized how to cancel my plan myself - it can be done via your site, not contacting directly to iOS, so kindly delete my post as the screenshots with personal information are uploaded and I do not want to share them. Thank you.
